CALDY CONSERVATION AREA APPRAISAL
Earlier this year,
WBC planning department completed the Conservation Area Planning
Appraisal, which it has been carrying out over the last two
years with the assistance of external consultants. The Society
was consulted at the initial stage of the process and has been
kept informed during its progress, but without the benefit of
approving a final draft.
The
latest version of the Appraisal together with new (and more
stringent) planning policies for the village were approved and
adopted by the Council in May 2009 and can be read by clicking
